Does AllySpin succeed? Well… kind of, but also, not really.
At first, it appears that the site is very much encouraging players to reach out in the most convenient way for them – there’s live chat, email, and even a detailed FAQ section where you can try to find the answer by yourself before you speak to a human! But when we actually tested the support (the live chat in particular), the actual quality of the responses was well below expectation. Not only did we need to wait a really long time for every reply (often as long as 10 minutes – and that was after we were already connected and in the middle of conversation), but the responses were often very low quality and required multiple follow-up questions. Not the best impression at all.
