Crypto casinos often have a reputation for being… Shall we say, less than savory. BC.Game Casino is owned and operated by BlockDance B.V., a crypto company that doesn’t really seem to have much of a presence online. In fact, BC.Game Casino seems to be their only project so far, as far as we were able to tell. Granted, it could be that, since the site is quite big and offers lots of features besides casino gambling, they didn’t need to launch any other projects. However, it is also possible that BlockDance B.V. is just a shell company for a much bigger player who prefers to remain anonymous, typically for unsavory reasons.

To be completely fair, BC.Game Casino does appear to be fully licensed by Curacao – more specifically, by Curacao Interactive Licensing N.V. This is a rather unusual license, as most online casinos we’ve seen licensed from Curacao have gone with the Curacao Gaming Authority, a separate licensing company within curacao. While the C.I.L. license is more rare, we still believe that it’s a valid one. With that said, Curacao licenses in general are considered quite weak, as they will not protect the player should a scam be exposed – they’ll just penalize the casino instead.

Unfortunately, there isn’t much you can do to file a dispute if you believe that BC.Game Casino has scammed you. This is because the site accepts only crypto deposits – even when you use your card, you’re technically using a third-party service (MoonPay) to buy crypto that is then deposited to BC.Game Casino. And, as you know, there are no refunds on crypto transactions.

As such, if there’s a problem with your withdrawal (or you’re experiencing another issue), your only course of action is to write the support directly. If they deem that your complaint is valid, you may be compensated… But with that said, we’ve seen plenty of reports from players in that exact situation who, frustrated with the lack of support, ended up venting their frustrations online. So it’s not unfair to say that BC.Game Casino rarely decide in a player’s favor.
