Whether you’re having an issue with the site or simply have some questions related to its games and functions, your only course of action would be to contact the support representatives. And while we can’t promise you’ll get the results that you want, at least reaching out to the team is fairly simple.
The most obvious way to contact support is by using the headset icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen. This will open up a screen that will take you to an FAQ page where you can look up your question and search for an appropriate answer. If you weren’t able to find one, or you don’t have a question at all (and instead need help), you can select the Messages option to, well, send them a message!
In our experience, the live chat function is fairly adequate. While the support team took a while to reply to our questions, we did eventually gain some useful answers – some of which you’ll even find in this very review! With that said, they will require you to have an account and be logged into it, or else will refuse to answer even the most basic questions. That’s something we weren’t very fond of – what if you’re unable to log into your account?
Well, in that case, your only option would be to send them an e-mail. This can also be done (just through your e-mail client, as we didn’t find a way to submit a ticket via the site), but the downside is that it may take up to 24 hours before you can receive a reply. Regardless, it’s a good option for those who either can’t or would rather not use the live chat.
