But live chat? Forget about it. The casino is pushing this on you through its interface as if it wants everyone to use it, but in reality it’s borderline unusable. Not only does it take a while (not days like email, but sure feels like it anyway), but also, the responses were very poor and not particularly helpful. If your issue can wait, and sometimes even if it can’t, trust us – stick to email.
