They’re the people uniquely qualified to help you… but at BetFrost in particular, they might not do a very good job of that.

Okay, to be completely fair, if you use email then that won’t be too bad. Sure, it’ll be slow (took us several days to get a response when we tested it), but since email is typically managed by higher-level support team members, you should also get, well, a higher level of support. But live chat? Forget about it. The casino is pushing this on you through its interface as if it wants everyone to use it, but in reality it’s borderline unusable. Not only does it take a while (not days like email, but sure feels like it anyway), but also, the responses were very poor and not particularly helpful. If your issue can wait, and sometimes even if it can’t, trust us – stick to email.
