As such, it’s profoundly disappointing that said support team is incredibly subpar. In theory, you can contact them in two different ways: via live chat or via email. But when we attempted the latter, we didn’t receive a response for several days, and we’re still waiting for one as we’re working on this very review. Completely unresponsive. Normally we only test the live chat feature (since that’s what most players will be using), but here we had to use email too because our live chat experience was dreadful. The agent we connected with didn’t give us any useful information and ended the chat when we asked about the site’s owner and license, so you know, that was overall a very pleasant and encouraging interaction.
