Is Brutal Casino Legit?

Unfortunately, we were not able to confirm that Brutal Casino is a legitimate one. There were many reasons why we felt this way, but most stemmed from the fact that it is owned and operated by a completely unknown company that doesn’t seem to have a valid casino license. When you add to this the fact that the casino is very new and fairly untested (meaning any players will inherently be placing themselves at a lot of risk), it’s easy to see why we aren’t so eager to recommend the site to players.

Who is the Brutal Casino’s owner?

Brutal Casino is owned by Atum Poisson LTD, a company that we researched thoroughly… Or, at least, tried to. Frankly, we weren’t able to find much about them – they don’t seem to have any public presence or any other launched online casinos. Hell, we aren’t even able to confirm for a fact that they’re a legitimate casino company that actually exists (as in, it’s registered somewhere) and isn’t just a name that someone made up and put online. The whole thing seems very shady, and we don’t typically trust the casinos of companies that seem ethereal.

In the online casino industry, it’s incredibly important for a site (or rather, its parent company) to be properly licensed by a regulator who will handle any disputes and issues associated with it. Most online casinos we review are licensed by Curacao, a gambling authority that, granted, is worth critiquing (though that’s a conversation for another day), but is still quite transparent about the sites it has licensed.

Brutal Casino, however, claims to hold a license from the Gambling Authority of Antigua and Barbuda, more specifically License 3374 (issued on March 3, 2023). GAAB licenses are significantly less common than Curacao ones, as they are completely unverifiable. Basically anyone can claim that they have a GAAB license, and there is no way to confirm their claim. As you can imagine, it’s about the same as having no license whatsoever, and we’re treating it as such.

Unfortunately, due to the untrustworthy nature of Brutal Casino, there aren’t too many avenues you can turn to if you need to file a dispute. Provided that an attempt to resolve the issue internally with customer support fails, your only other option is to seek out the services of an independent arbitrator who will attempt to work with the casino in order to restore your winnings. Even then, there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to achieve anything. Keeping all this in mind, we would advise our players not to participate in Brutal Casino and just avoid the risk altogether.
