For starters, the casino doesn’t seem to have a live chat function. At first we figured that maybe it was tucked away in some page somewhere, but if it exists at all, we weren’t able to find it. This means that you can only ever contact them via email, which isn’t the best idea when you need support very quickly. Imagine that someone has hacked into your account and is attempting to withdraw your winnings into their payment method – you need to stop that ASAP, but how can you do that when email support takes several days to reply? It’s completely impractical, and there is no reason why the system should work as it does.
