Spot (Keno term)

In the game of keno, a “spot” refers to the number of numbers that a player has marked on their keno ticket. For example, if a player marks eight numbers on their ticket, they are said to be playing an eight-spot game. The number of spots a player selects will determine their potential payout, as well as their chances of winning. In general, the more numbers a player selects, the higher their potential payout will be, but the lower their chances of winning.
