If you’ve been reading our review in order, then you probably came into this section right off of the one where we absolutely tear GxSpin Casino apart for not having a license, and being overall unsafe. As such, you might be thinking something along the lines of “but who cares? As long as the site is friendly and has a decent support team, why does it matter that it doesn’t have a license? It just feels like a formality!” And well, even if you might have a point there, GxSpin’s support is anything but good.

For starters, it’s missing one of the most vital components of any online casino: a live chat function. That’s right – even though you can hardly find an online casino out there that doesn’t include some sort of live chat feature (either a proprietary one built by the site or an embedded one from a third party service), GxSpin just didn’t see it fit to include something like this. So, what happens when, say, your account gets hacked and you get locked out of it, so you need to quickly alert the casino’s staff about this? We don’t know, but it probably won’t be good for you.

In fairness, it’s not like you can’t find any ways to contact GxSpin Casino’s support team – you can e-mail them, and also submit a ticket through their support page. We did the former (though we imagine both types of messages reach the same place), and have yet to hear back from them. Is GxSpin Casino a ‘zombie casino’ that doesn’t respond to support? Are they simply very slow, and we still haven’t gotten their response? Did they not recognize our questions as worth answering? The world may never know.
