LuckyAce's customer service is mostly good, but there is one big problem that we can't ignore: they don't offer live chat. This might only be a short-term issue because of upkeep, but after an hour's wait, we were only able to get in contact with the support team by email. When we can't get in touch with customer service right away, it lowers our overall satisfaction, unless we can use email and get a response quickly, which is thankfully the case here. We talked to several reps, and they were all very helpful and quick, so we guess this partially makes up for the absence of live chat.
