Few things about an online casino site can be quite as important as its customer support feature – and if you don’t believe that to be true, then you clearly haven’t encountered a site quite like MrJones before. That wasn’t a compliment, we’re saying that the casino’s support feature is so broken that it’ll make you rethink your priorities when it comes to choosing casino sites.

On the surface, it doesn’t seem like there’s anything out of the ordinary: you can contact the site’s support team via email or live chat, and there are even two separate email addresses you can use (one for support and one for complaints). Great! Sadly, the live chat (aka the main method that players would use) doesn’t work, or at least, it didn’t for us. None of the messages we sent went through, despite our great efforts (using VPNs, disabling adblock, trying different browsers, etc). We just got an error and never even reached a representative.

As for email, well, at least those messages went through, we didn’t receive an error when trying to dispatch them or anything of the sort. However, we didn’t receive a reply either – from either inbox. We waited for several days now, and yet, there’s no response in sight. Even if they do reply eventually, such a delay is frankly unacceptable, doubly so considering the absence of a live chat feature.
