One thing that threw us in for a bit of a loop when we examined the various support options of NV Casino was the lack of any sort of support or “contact us” page. Same went for a lack of publicly visible email address outside of the terms and conditions page. These things clearly indicate that the site wants you to use its live chat function as opposed to email.

This is a little unusual, as usually live chat is for faster, simpler inquiries while anything else will require the touch of an email specialist. But we decided to bite, contacted live chat support, and… were severely underwhelmed. Although the level of support wasn’t strictly terrible, we often got the impression that the agent we were communicating with didn’t know what they were doing, and had to look up a lot of the answers on the fly. Not the impression you want to create, especially not when email is deprioritized as a support option!
