What we tested out was its live chat feature, which should (in theory) be fast, convenient, and reliable. In reality, it wasn’t any of those things. The agent we connected with didn’t know the answer to most of our questions (however basic they may have been), and often left us alone for 10-15 minutes in between replies. And even after we got a response, it was rarely useful or even accurate. Very disappointing!
