Having reliable customer support isn’t some kind of cool feature that you can advertise as an extra perk – it’s a downright necessity, and one that Reef Reels Casino has completely failed at. Not only is their support service very subpar (and, thus, putting players at a lot of unnecessary risk), but it’s also literally lying. Oh yes, no exaggeration.

Reef Reels Casino’s ‘contact us’ page claims that the live chat can be accessed from the speech bubble icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. “Click the chat bubble to get hooked up with our customer support team who will be happy to help you out,” it says. That is, sadly, not true. All you can access that way is a chat bot that can answer some very rudimentary questions.

That same paragraph states that the live chat is available for registered users only, which is its own can of worms (what if your account was hijacked and you need to recover it quickly), but it doesn’t matter, as that claim also appears to be untrue. Even when logged in, we were not able to access a human on the other end, just the bot. Perhaps this only works with verified users? Alas, we did not stick at Reef Reels Casino for long enough to find out.
