In our estimate, we don’t believe that Royal Reels Casino is a legitimate gambling site. There are simply far too many red flags about the casino, some of which we’ve already discussed (like the x3 wagering requirement of the casino or the strange rule that “bonuses should not be used for financial benefit”), and others which we’ll get into just a little bit further in our review. Granted, it’s every player’s choice whether to trust a particular online casino or not, but we know we wouldn’t place even a cent of our money here.

Who is the Royal Reels Casino’s owner?

This casino is owned by Digibrite SRL, a relatively new company. During our research for this review, we decided to look into the company a bit more, and what we discovered isn’t great. Its main site doesn’t appear to be up to date or particularly well put together (a clear sign of a fraudulent company, why would you put effort into your site if you won’t use it to attract business partners). On top of that, the company has received formal warnings from gambling authorities in the past for fraudulent, immoral behavior.

While the casino’s front page makes no mention of a casino license, digging a bit deeper you’ll be able to find the number of a Curacao license allegedly belonging to the casino. However, we were not able to verify the veracity of said license for one simple reason: this was a Curacao Gaming Master License, and the only way those can be verified is via a link to the Curacao database provided by the casino itself. Such a link is nowhere in sight, and as such, it is impossible to determine whether Royal Reels Casino has one or not.

Unfortunately, you don’t have too many options when it comes to resolving disputes at Royal Reels. The casino has simply provided its e-mail support link and asks players to send them a message there if they face issues with withdrawals… Which, obviously, isn’t ideal. Most of the time you need a third-party arbitrator to either resolve the conflict of interest or at least penalize the casino for fraudulent behavior, and given Royal Reels Casino’s lack of a verifiable license, such an arbitrator does not presently exist.
