If you have a more serious issue (like being unable to log in), then your only choice would be to contact the casino via their e-mail support, but this, too, will be another dead end. We have sent them an e-mail requesting clarification on some of their less obvious features (such as their non-deposit bonus), and have yet to receive a response days later. It’s a shame, but we have no reason to believe that Royal Reels Casino will actually respond to most inquiries.
