Well, most casino sites don’t actually have a downloadable mobile app, since the Google Play store strikes down the overwhelming majority of them, and the App Store is even stricter. To get around this, the vast majority of online casinos simply use a web app version that works through your mobile browser. But that’s not the case for Slotrize, which advertises a downloadable app you can install on your phone.

Selecting the Casino App button will take you to a page on the Google Play store which shows some pretty amazing stats: 1m+ downloads, 4.9 stars across 29k reviews, #1 app in Casino, and the reviews you can find below it are glowing (never mind that you can only see about a dozen out of these supposed 29k). Wow! How did this spectacular casino app survive on the Play Store? Naturally, it didn’t. The page isn’t actually on the Play Store at all, it’s just made up to seem that way while actually being hosted on Slotrize’s own site. It’s a hilariously transparent attempt at deceiving players that has left a very sour taste in our mouths.
