If you find yourself stuck with either a technical or financial issue, your only option is to contact the casino’s support team. As with nearly every other casino site out there, Slotrize will let you do it in two ways: via live chat or email. However, during our testing we determined that both options have huge issues that make them borderline unusable. For example, the live chat is manned entirely by AI – and while many sites will start you off with an AI agent and then transfer you to a human, this one never does the latter. You’re stuck with the useless AI no matter what.

You might think that email would be better, but it really isn’t. We received an automated message that appears to have also been written by AI, and our requests to speak to a human were completely ignored. As far as we can tell, no human is even operating this site – which, in the pre-AI days, we used to call a “zombie casino.” Not a great look, especially considering all the other red flags Slotrize presents.
