SpinDragons’ site makes no mention of a license – neither in the footer nor in the terms of service. This makes it very easy to assume that the casino is unlicensed, and thus illegal to play at, but you’d be mistaken for assuming that: a search on the Anjouan public license registry quickly reveals that Round Square is, in fact, licensed by them. This, by definition, means that SpinDragons is also regulated, and thus legal to play at in countries that disallow playing at unlicensed sites. As for why this (obviously positive) information hasn’t been properly telegraphed to players, well… quite frankly, we’re not sure.
