We at Casinos.CC have always emphasized that casinos should be safe, trustworthy, and regulated – and the best way to ensure you’re playing at a site like that is to look for a license! At first glance, it might appear as if Spinsino doesn’t have one, since its footer displays no mention of one. However, after doing some research, we were able to discover that the casino is completely regulated. The story behind this is a bit confusing, and we’ve done our best to explain it in more detail in the License section just below. For now, it’s enough to say that Spinsino does, in fact, appear legitimate – even if it may not seem like it at a glance!

Who is the Spinsino Casino’s owner?

The company behind this site is yet another small point of contention, since the information we’re given is contradictory. On Spinsino’s website, the parent company is stated as EOD Code SRL, which seems clear enough. However, once we dug a little deeper, the site is actually registered to another company known as Igloo Ventures SRL. On paper, as far as the license is concerned, that’s who owns the site. So, which is the real one? Chances are they both are: many online casino companies operate under multiple different names for various purposes (for example, in different markets). Although we can’t know the truth for sure, and it’s admittedly a little weird, it’s not THAT unusual for Igloo Ventures to also operate as EOD Code. The people behind both names are likely the same.

Ah, this is where things get very interesting! You see, in its footer Spinsino Casino claims to be “a registered company” in Costa Rica – which is probably true! However, Costa Rica isn’t a casino regulator. They can issue business licenses, but that’s essentially permission for the business to operate in Costa Rica (and trade globally, of course), and has nothing to do with a casino license. So, Spinsino is unlicensed then? Not so, because we found it listed in the public license registry of Anjouan Gaming, a very legitimate casino regulator. Which means that Spinsino is licensed, just… not advertising this fact, for whatever reason. Sadly, it’s hard to say why that might be, but at least you don’t need to worry about getting scammed by an unlicensed site!

But let’s say you do get scammed. Maybe your withdrawal request was dispatched and then never sent out, or even worse, maybe it was never sent out at all and they keep getting rejected. What should you do? Well, before you escalate to a dispute, we always advise our readers to just email the casino and politely ask what’s going on.
