Under normal circumstances, logging into an online casino should be a rather simple ordeal – most of us have done it dozens, if not hundreds of times! However, this assumption neglects to take into account two very important things. First, not everyone reading these words will be some sort of gambling veteran (in fact, many of you are reading this in preparation for signing into their first ever online casino). Second, the login procedure here at Spinsino allows you to log in with both a phone number and a password, so it’s a bit different from what some may be used to. Don’t worry, we’ll cover both methods in case there’s any confusion!!

If you’re logging in from your phone, then signing in with your mobile number will be much easier – in fact, that’s the default window, so you know the casino prefers it if you use that over the traditional method! After navigating to the top-right corner of the site and selecting “Login,” you’ll be prompted to type in your phone number. Do so, and then check your phone. You’ll have received a code via SMS which you’ll need to type into the next field. If the code is correct, you’ll be logged in immediately, just like that! If you’re having trouble with this method (for example, if the casino insists the code is wrong even though you know it isn’t), just log in the old-fashioned way!

If you’d like to log in with your username and password instead of your phone number (which is likely easier if you’re on PC, especially if your details are already saved into your browser), the procedure is very similar. First, you’ll need to navigate to “Login” in the top right corner – but next, instead of filling out your phone number, you’ll want to select “Login with regular form” below. Once there, type in your e-mail address and your password. Finally, select “Login”, and if your details are correct, you’ll be logged in – see, easy as pie!

The benefit of logging in with your phone number as opposed to your email address and password is that passwords tend to be fickle things. Sometimes, the casino will simply not recognize your password even if it’s correct, an unfortunate issue that can have a great many causes. As such, it’s often easier (and simpler) to just use your phone number. But what if you aren’t able to do that AND the casino says your password is wrong? In those rare cases, it’s easiest just to change it entirely.

To begin the process, go back to the menu that lets you log in with your username and password (follow our guide above to find it if you’re struggling). This time though, select “Forgot Password? Click here to reset”. Doing so will prompt you to type in your email address, so do it. You’ll soon receive an email with a link that will let you set a brand new password which will, hopefully, let you get back in the game! If neither your email nor phone number are recognized, then you either need to register an account with the casino first, or (if you’ve already done so) contact support.
