Sadly, Spinsino completely fails here by not letting players use a proper live chat. If you try (through a button hidden away in the Contact Us section) you’ll be greeted by a bot. And if it can’t solve your issue, you’ll be invited to send an email. What a waste!

Now, admittedly, the email support isn’t bad. Whether you send a message through the bot or the old-fashioned way, you should receive a response relatively quickly, and – as far as we can tell – it should be a detailed and informative one. But why not do so over live chat? Many issues can’t wait the hours it takes for a message to be replied to! Imagine if someone hacks into your account and starts wasting away your deposit and winnings – you need to lock them right out, and that can only happen with live chat!
