Sadly, our experience with this version of support was not very positive. We asked a few questions to the agent we were connected to, some of which we used to test the quality of support while others we genuinely had as we researched the site. None of them were answered properly, and the agent didn’t even seem to understand what we were asking half the time.
We had much better luck simply using the e-mail support. Granted, it took us a while to receive a reply, but once we did, it was very detailed and provided us some of the answers that we were looking for (even if it wasn’t all of them). If you’re struggling with an issue at Wazamba Casino, we strongly recommend that you ignore the live chat feature and simply send an e-mail.
