Methods

Regarding deposit and withdrawal methods, we were a bit confused. If you scroll to the bottom of the casino, you will notice that it mentions Visa, Mastercard, Interac and more. When we clicked the “Payments” tab at the bottom, we saw a table listing two deposit methods: Visa and Mastercard via Sandbox creds, and, for withdrawals, the same with a third option to withdraw to a card. On the other hand, the bonuses are clearly structured to include cryptocurrencies, but there is no payment method to match them. The terms and conditions explained that Skrill and Neteller depositors will not be eligible to receive bonuses, and those payment methods were not mentioned either.

When we researched what these Sandbox creds are, we found that this is either a developmental mistake or suggests the section is still in its testing stages. This means we unfortunately most likely do not have a full deposit and withdrawal breakdown, and the casino has not yet fully implemented the payments section. We hope to see more payment methods added in the near future, since WildHub Casino only launched recently.

Withdrawal limits

The withdrawal limits mentioned in the payment section, which, again, we think is currently incomplete, seem rather restrictive. The minimum deposit is 10 EUR, the maximum is 2,000 EUR. As for withdrawals, the minimum is 10 EUR, and the maximum is 3,000 EUR. Overall, the minimums are low and fair, and we don’t really have any complaints, but the maximums are extremely restrictive and don't hold up well compared to other online gambling platforms we are used to reviewing.
