Generally, it’s the senior support staff that answers e-mails, and they also have more experience and more authority to make decisions that can help you with your issue. The only downside is that e-mail can be much slower than live chat, taking about a day or so for a reply to arrive. Still, we consider this a small price to pay for an overall higher quality of support.
