Inside Bet (Roulette term)

To place an inside bet, the player must place their chips on the number or group of numbers that they want to bet on. The different types of inside bets include straight bets, split bets, street bets, corner bets, and six-number bets.
A straight bet is a bet placed on a single number, and it offers the highest potential payout of all the inside bets. A split bet is a bet placed on two adjacent numbers, such as 11 and 14. A street bet is a bet placed on three numbers in a row, such as 7, 8, and 9. A corner bet is a bet placed on four numbers that form a square on the roulette table, such as 17, 18, 20, and 21. And a six-number bet is a bet placed on two adjacent rows of numbers, such as 19, 20, 21, 22, 24, and 25.
Inside bets are considered to be more risky than outside bets, because they have a lower probability of winning. However, they also offer the potential for higher payouts, making them attractive to players who are looking for a big win. It is important to carefully consider the risks and rewards of inside bets before placing one.
An inside straight draw, also known as a gutshot straight draw, is a type of draw in poker where a player has four cards to a straight, but there is a gap in the middle of the straight. In this situation, the player needs a specific card to complete the straight. For example, if a player has a hand of 2, 3, 5, 6, they have an inside straight draw to a 4 being dealt.
