As we mentioned earlier in our review, there is no way – as far as we can tell – to reach out to Bof Casino’s support team. Admittedly, phone support and submitting a ticket are both very rare options that we wouldn’t fault any online casino for omitting. However, at Bof you can’t even connect via live chat, or send a simple e-mail!

There is a button in the top bar (on desktop) or bottom menu (on mobile) that seems to indicate the possibility of connecting to support. Unfortunately, neither of those buttons does anything, and inspecting them via the HTML code of the page clearly shows that they’ve been programmed to lead to the site’s home page, and not to a dedicated support page.

This is completely unacceptable. No online casino worth its salt would ever leave its players in the dark like this!
