The ticket option, however, doesn’t work through the site itself, but instead must be submitted through a special Telegram channel. This is likely because (as mentioned much earlier in our review) the primary audience for this casino are Russian and Ukrainian players, many of which use Telegram for day to day communication. As such, submitting a ticket through it is arguably their best, most convenient support option.

If you can’t or don’t want to use it, no worries, you still have the traditional options! You could use live chat, which IS accessible through Flagman Casino’s website, or you could send an email. It’s this last option that we recommend, as in our experience it simply led to the best quality results. Although the live chat option wasn’t terrible, neither it nor the online call option provided us with a level of care that we deem satisfactory.
