Is Gransino Casino Legit?
We’ve discussed Gransino’s bonuses and other features at length here, but all of that information is meaningless compared to the big question: “is it legit, or will it just steal my money?” And, sadly, it’s very likely that this is not a legitimate casino site. As we’ll explain in more detail below, the casino is unlicensed and has an unknown owner, which are two huge red flags that pretty clearly indicate that there’s something fishy going on. Obviously there’s no way to know for certain whether a casino site is truly legitimate or not, but all signs point to Gransino being unsafe.
Who is the Gransino Casino’s owner?
There is no owner listed anywhere on Gransino’s website – not in the footer, not in the terms and conditions, not even in the About Us section! As you can imagine, this is really bad news for the site’s credibility because, well, why would anyone hide their name from a product they’ve released? When Samsung release a new phone or tablet they plaster their branding all over it, so why do you think a company would want to do the opposite and completely disassociate itself from a product? Well, the likeliest explanation is that its reputation is so poor that no one would be paying attention to Gransino if they knew who was behind it. That, or they have a good reputation they don’t want Gransino to sully – either way, it doesn’t paint the site in the best light.
Gransino Casino license
Every online casino must have a license to operate legally in most countries. Those licenses, issued by companies most often based in Malta or Curacao, keep the casino site on the straight and narrow, monitoring it and responding to user complaints and disputes. This way, if you get scammed, you’ll at least have an avenue to retaliate against the casino. Unfortunately, since licenses are issued to casino owners instead of to casinos themselves, without us knowing who owns Gransino, it’s impossible to determine whether they hold a license. But if we had to make a wager, we’d say that they probably don’t.
Gransino Casino complaints & disputes
As we mentioned just above, one of the main reasons why casino licenses are so good for players is because you can file a report against the casino directly with them if you end up getting scammed. Of course, those reports are unlikely to give you back your money, but they still stand a very real chance of causing harm to the site by having their license taken away – we’ve seen it happen multiple times. But if the casino doesn’t have a license in the first place (like Gransino doesn’t), then there’s nothing you can do to spook them into playing nice. If they scam you, your only option is to send them an email and hope they change their mind about it, which is… unlikely.
