Just got the reply I was expecting from support staff when I registered k in agreed to the Bonus T&Cs so according to them the balance of my account was £2,100, and I gave it to them by cancelling my bonus …… think he comes over as the stupid one after trying to convince me I cancelled the bonus

I made my initial deposit of £100 and it was matched as a welcome bonus.
I started playing and in all honesty I couldn’t find any faults, and was even happier a while later when my account balance was showing a healthy £2.100 and I had played through 70% of the wagering requirements.
A while later I put my phone down and when to grab a drink came back unlocked my phone and my game time had expired so returned to the home page only when I did my balance went from £2.100 to Zero.
I contacted support via live chat and was told told that I had cancelled the bonus and as such had cancelled the winnings that were incurred with the bonus meaning I gave them £2.100 which I definitely didn’t do ( who in their right mind is going to give away £2.100 especially as I had already wagered 70% and they said I also cancelled the cash back bonus.
The agent says because I had started playing with bonus funds that there is nothing can be done, the beauty is there was never one time where my balance fell below £100.Support staff are saying I cancelled the bonus and obviously I’m not that stupid to throw away £2.100 so basically stuck and very very unhappy and no way of sorting it out
