MrPunter Casino Support

This online casino seems to stick to the conventional classics, meaning live chat and email assistance. There is also an FAQ section if you’d like to try and figure things out on your own first. The live chat service is quick and the reps are mostly great at handling your requests efficiently, but it only becomes 24/7 after you get to the 1st VIP level. The email variant is better for when you’d like to have proof of the exchange for future reference, but it takes a bit longer to receive a reply. Either way, we’d give the overall customer service here an 8.5 out of 10, which is quite a good score.
