So far, we haven’t exactly been shy about showering Spinlander in praise – although the site does have a few issues, it’s generally a very good online casino. But that begs the question: is it a little too good to be true? Well, determining the legitimacy of an online casino isn’t always a sure bet, but as far as we can tell, the answer is yes! As we’ll go on to explain in a bit, Spinlander is a fully licensed and legal casino site, and everything we looked up about it and its owner has checked out. There is no real reason to distrust it.

Who is the Spinlander Casino’s owner?

Sometimes, it can be very difficult – downright impossible even – to determine what the parent company of a casino site is. It’s either not listed, or licensed under a different name, or any number of reasons that make the check difficult. Well, not here! According to its own website, Spinlander is owned and operated by a company called Fionex Holding LTD, and yes, looking up the casino’s license, that’s precisely who it’s registered to. Furthermore, we were able to investigate the company and find out that it’s a legal business operating in Poland, with its main office being in Warrsaw. They’re about as transparent as an online casino company can be!

As mentioned earlier, the casino is completely licensed – more specifically, by Anjouan Gaming. This fact is stated in the site’s footer, and we were able to independently verify it by looking up Slotlander in Anjouan’s public license registry. Although they’re a very new regulator, Anjouan have proven to take their job very seriously by monitoring casino sites closely and ensuring that they’re compliant with all regulations regarding fair play and data protection. This means that, if you suspect Spinlander of any wrongdoing, you have an avenue where you can report them and make sure that they’re penalized.

Our expectation is that you’ll have no issues playing at Spinlander – but what if we’re wrong? What if, just as you’re about to make your first withdrawal, your whole account is terminated for no reason and all those hard-earned winnings are confiscated? Well, in that case, we’d recommend that you email the casino’s support team (we’ll explain how in the next section of our review) and ask politely what happened and what can be done.

If you don’t receive a response, or you do, but it only further convinces you that you’ve been scammed, we strongly encourage you to file a dispute with Anjouan. This will launch an investigation into the casino, and if wrongdoing is confirmed, will result in its license being stripped from it. Of course, this should be your last-case scenario, and quite frankly, we don’t think it’ll ever get that far.
