We at Casinos.CC have always done our best to be comprehensive when it comes to our coverage of various online casinos – and that has often included ones that only operate in one or two markets. Out of those, YYY Casino may be one of the most peculiar examples, since it exclusively targets Arabic players. Ordinarily we wouldn’t even be thinking twice about that, especially since the UAE is a relatively large nation – and yet, 76% of its citizens identify as Muslim, and the Quran explicitly states that gambling is haram. So, is there a point in an online casino that targets a mere 24% of one country’s population?

Apparently not even its creators seem to think so, because the casino at many points comes across as rather low-effort. Admittedly, its games selection is fantastic, and by far the best part of YYY Casino. Both its slots and live games are numerous and selected with care – but alas, that care begins and ends right there, because everything else about the site is a complete mess.

You’ll barely find any bonuses and promotions here, and while it clearly seems very proud of its loyalty program (to the point where a link to it is found in the header of the site), even that is extremely barren and barely worth the attention. Worst of all is that the casino is completely unlicensed, and it took a lot of digging to confirm with certainty who its owner is. This means that Arabic players who decide to try it out will do so without even the faintest protection for their deposits!

Admittedly, I’m not someone who lives in the UAE, and so I’m not intimately familiar with the gambling scene in the country. For all I know, maybe YYY Casino truly is the best one that targets Arabic players. Maybe the lack of license is completely normal for casinos targeted at this region, and perhaps there are other measures that can protect players. Unfortunately, not even months of research can truly put me in the shoes of the kind of player that YYY Casino is aimed at.

However, I do have many years of experience as someone who reviews online casinos from around the world, and I know a thing or two about them in general. And I can tell you for a fact that there are plenty of international casinos that will also accept UAE players (among others) while also providing a significantly better experience in nearly every way. Better games, better bonuses, better VIP program, and more importantly, better security.

Don’t fall into the trap of assuming that just because YYY is aimed at Arabic players, then you need to play there (or at another Arabic casino). The purpose of sites like Casinos.CC is to present you with all of the options and let you make the best choice. And take it from me: YYY Casino just isn’t it.
