Is F7casino Casino Legit?

Ah, the million dollar question – “will this casino scam me of my hard-earned winnings?” Given how negative we’ve been throughout our review, it’s not unfair to assume that the answer is “yes”, especially since the site itself does have a few red flags (like a total lack of any mention of an owner or license in the License field).

Looking up its reputation, it also seems that a lot of players are displeased with its performance. With that said, though, it’s worth noting that F7casino is fully licensed and regulated, even if it doesn’t say so on the site. As such, it’s hard for us to definitively label it as a scam.

Who is the F7casino Casino’s owner?

Discovering the owner of F7casino did take some detective work, since their name wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the site. Eventually, though, we were able to find out where the casino is licensed (more on that in just a second), and alongside that, its owner: Investan N.V., a relatively small casino company that only has a few other sites under its belt. Although the company does seem legitimate enough on paper, it’s worth noting that we found many complaints against them on various online forums. Many players have accused it, and its casinos, of fraudulent behavior, and although we can’t confirm the veracity of these claims, they’re worth keeping in mind.

In the footer of the casino you’ll find a little dropdown button that says “License”. However, if you open it up, you won’t actually find any information about F7casino’s license at all, just a single line about “all rights reserved” or whatever which doesn’t tell us anything at all. But you know us, we at Casinos.CC always go the extra mile, and after some investigating, we discovered that this site is licensed by Anjouan. They’re a relatively new authority – certainly younger than F7casino itself – so it’s possible the site was licensed by someone else before switching. If so, it could explain why the license menu was kept empty, as it’ll probably get updated in the future.

If you’ve been reading our reviews for a while, then you’d know that we always advise players to reach out to customer support first before they attempt to file a dispute with any kind of regulator or arbitrator. We’d repeat the advice here, but only as a courtesy, since F7casino’s support is atrociously bad (as we’ll discuss in more detail just below), so we don’t expect them to actually be helpful to you.
