Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you needed some help with an online casino? Well, not so here at F7casino. In theory, you can reach out to support through live chat or email, so, for the purposes of our review, we decided to try out live chat. After all, it’s what most players would use, right? For starters, we were greeted by a useless “AI assistant” that took way too long to break free of, as it refused to just connect us to an agent until we asked three separate times. Even then, the agent we were paired with was completely useless, answering our questions by linking the terms of service and saying “read this” instead of… just giving us an answer. But maybe they should have read the terms themselves, because the information provided to us was completely wrong (for example, telling us that VPNs are banned when the TOS has no such rule listed). Overall, a disappointment on every level, which doesn’t bode well for the site given that support should be one of its most important features.
