Incorrect Phone Number or QR Code Issues

Depending on whether you're logging in via text message or a QR code, make sure you’re entering the correct phone number linked to your account. After all, even one wrong digit can throw everything off. If you’re using the QR code login, see if your device’s camera is working properly and that you’re scanning the code under adequate lighting. Also, this one might be a no-brainer, but make sure that you’re connected to the internet because offline QR scans won’t work.

Delayed or Missing Text Message

We experienced this one personally — the SMS with your login code might be delayed more than once. Wait the entire window of 30 seconds, and if it doesn’t arrive, request a new one. We had to do this 8 times to get in the first time! Also, make sure that your phone has a signal (preferably strong), and check that you haven’t accidentally blocked FunID’s number or flagged it as spam. If nothing else works, restarting your phone can also help.

QR Code Login Not Responding

If the QR code isn’t functioning, refresh the login page and it should generate a new one. Also, clear your browser’s cache and cookies, or try a different browser. Check if your FunID app or linked casino is updated to the latest version.

Account Locked

If you have too many failed login attempts, it might temporarily lock your account for security reasons. In this case, you’ll have to reach out to FunID’s customer support to resolve it. They might ask for verification documents to unlock the account, so have them at hand.
