In fact, it doesn’t have any bonuses at all! Its promotions page is completely devoid of any offers except for a handful of “Drops & Wins”-style tournaments, which we’ll go into a little bit later.

Now, when it comes to reload promotions (bonuses that you can claim over and over again, as they “reload” periodically), it’s completely normal for an online casino to not offer them. Granted, it’s unusual, as most sites we’ve reviewed will reward their players even past the honeymoon period, but it’s not exactly unheard of, either. The welcome bonus, on the other hand, is considered the most important one of all, and a main reason why players would even sign up. As such, its absence from Brutal Casino is inexplicable.

Tournaments at Brutal Casino

As mentioned earlier, one of the few things that resembles a bonus offer at Brutal are its tournaments… Sort of. You see, there are two types of tournaments: those hosted by the casino and those hosted by the provider of the games involved in the tournament (Pragmatic Play, for example). The former is considered preferable, as it’s unique and exclusive to the casino. The latter, on the other hand, can be found at any site that hosts the provider’s games, making it far less of a unique selling point.

And, as you may have guessed, the tournaments available at Brutal Casino all belong in the “provider” category. These challenges, known as “Drops and Wins”, may be found at many other casinos besides Brutal – some of which we’ve even reviewed. As such, it would not be unfair to say that Brutal Casino does not have a single bonus that is all its own. This decision is, quite frankly, mind-boggling. What a way to alienate a good majority of the online casino audience!

Okay, okay, to be completely fair, there is, in fact, something here at Brutal Casino that can technically be considered a bonus – its VIP program. Having these types of loyalty initiatives isn’t at all uncommon for online casinos who seek to reward their long-standing players. And given the fact that Brutal Casino doesn’t have any reload promotions, a VIP program is very necessary!

So, how did they go about implementing it? Well… To be completely honest, we aren’t sure. The site itself provides no explanation, its bonus terms and conditions talk about a multitude of bonuses that don’t even exist, such as the welcome bonus or cashback initiatives (probably because the terms were copy/pasted from another casino) with nary a mention of a VIP program, and support didn’t answer any questions about it.

Our interpretation, from what we can see, is that once you “level up”, you’ll receive a cash bonus ranging from €50 for the first level up to €500 for the sixth and final one. How you level up, and what the terms and conditions associated with these bonuses even are, is a mystery that may never be resolved.
